- Is deliverance ministry needed and relevant in 2025?
- Did the casting out of demons go away after all the apostles died?
- Mark 16:17 - And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues.
- John 14:12 - Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.
- 1/3 of Jesus’s ministry was Deliverance. He came to set the captives free.

Here are all the Deliverance passages: Acts 5:16: Crowds from the towns surrounding Jerusalem brought their sick and those tormented by impure spirits to the apostles, and all of them were healed. Acts 8:7: As Philip preached in a city in Samaria, he performed many signs, including casting out impure spirits which came out of many people with loud shrieks. Acts 16:18: In Philippi, Paul became annoyed with a female slave who had a spirit of divination and had been following them for days. He commanded the spirit in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her, and it left her instantly. Acts 19:12: During Paul’s time in Ephesus, God did extraordinary miracles through him. Handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched Paul were taken to the sick, which cured their illnesses and caused evil spirits to leave them. Acts 19:13-16: Seven sons of a Jewish chief priest named Sceva saw Paul’s success and tried to invoke the name of Jesus over a demon-possessed man, saying, “In the name of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” The evil spirit replied, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?” and then attacked the men, who fled the house naked and bleeding.
